[TowerTalk] Ham IV Rotor Wierdness

Mr. Murphy visited me on Sat morning of the CQWW SSB contest via the Ham
IV.  I thought I had put a Tailtwister up there, but a trip up the tower
with a new Tailtwister proved it to be a Ham IV...  
Anyway... The rotor has taken on weird qualities for Halloween!

Whenever the brake release is pushed, it rotates to the right stop...  I
have not looked at the diagram yet, but I think it is a short in the
rotor.

I tried changing out the control box...  The resistance checks seem
ok...
