[TowerTalk] Orion 2800DC idicator is off

Make sure the divide by number is set correctly. It's menu driven and will
display any # clicks per degree you want. If you have can't find it in the
book, I'll dig mine out. It's something like 9000 per revolution. If that's
off, the indicator will read funny. Can't think of any other thing that
would cause it.
