There does not seem to be conclusive proof either way on this topic.

All the rantings and anecdotes either way do not constitute
proof of harm/less/full/ness.

Some notes of interest:

Hmmm... Higher tower, more safe, I'll try that tack with Boulder County when
I apply for a tower permit,
however, I am counting on a good lawyer and judicious political
contributions to help more.

There must be some energy coupling, however inefficient, to tissue at HF to
provide the tissue
warming effect that Mr. Rauch has spoken of.

Unfortunately, many scientific studies in this area are funded by groups
with a vested interest in outcome.
This is going to make accurate determination of fact difficult. Scientists
gotta eat to. The tobacco
companies have employed scads of them to prove the harmlessness of smoking.

I, for one will do the trivial amount of work to comply as it is not
onerous.

I will not be wearing my ladder line for a g-string while transmitting.
Better to be safe than sorry in this case.
