[TowerTalk] KT34XA: Bad 15 mtr section?

TT Group:

For those that either have a bad KT34XA (15 meter)  or have upgrade kits
for them laying around. The bad 15 mtr section is caused by wrong tubing
thickness
on the 15 mtr capacitors! The proper cap tubes will be 16" long .75" ID
with a 
.049" wall. I currently have 2 upgrade kits. The bad ones have a .058"
wall. KLM
substituted this size in 1995 on there upgrade kits and probably the new
tribanders
sold.
