[TowerTalk] Anyone have experience challenging restrictive CC&R's ?

Thor.  I think CC&R's are even tougher to beat in this day and age.  I hate
to be the bearer of bad news.  I was down that road in the mid seventies,
before the courts got tougher in this area, and fought that battle.  I can
tell you the chances of your prevailing are slim and none.  Only guy to win
will be your attorney who undoubtably will tell you that you are as right as
rain!  I finally sold the home and found another location in same general
area (found a lot without CC&R's).  I would suggest you use the money
squandered on a mouthpiece for locating a piece of property somewhere else.
Or hope that your neighbors don't complain.  And it probably won't be the
guy you think may be gunning for you.  Hope things work out.  Van, K7VS
