[TowerTalk] Sticky coax relays de K0FF

Had a tower mounted DowKey type 60 sticking between TX and TRX
intermittently. Traced the problem to the coil housing itself. Sometimes
when de-energizing, it would stick in the energized position. The armature
was hanging up inside the housing, but intermittently. Upon taking  the
sealed unit all apart I discovered  that there was some rubbing going on
between the armature and the side of the housing, due
to a little wear from years of use. I cleaned it with WD 40 and put it all
back together again and it has worked fine. Next time I'll just drill a tiny
hole in the end cap and squirt some WD40 into the hole. On the DowKey type
60, the coils can easily be replaced if defective, or if you want a
different voltage but so far I have found no inexpensive source for the
part.
