Hi Pete, you might want to try the method that I use. Get a roll of Scotch
33+ tape, but in WHITE (Home Depot electrical dept.). Wrap it around
whatever, and then mark on it with a paint pen. These are sold in craft
stores and contain oil-based paint. I use the fine point black pen by
"Personalizer". They only cost a buck each. To really make it permanent,
when the paint dries, give it a spray coat of Krylon Clear enamel. That will
also keep the tape from unwrapping itself.
