FYI:  Re your comment about ionizing radiation being "RF that changes 
matter", it is electromagnetic energy but it is not RF.  The lowest energy 
form of ionizing radiation is Ultraviolet radiation followed by x-rays and 
gamma rays on the electromagnetic spectrum.  Of course there are also the 
particle forms of ionizing radiation such as Alpha radiation (essentially a 
Helium nucleus) and Beta radiation (essentially an electron emitted from the 
nucleus when a neutron changes to a proton, or a positron emitted from the 
nucleus when the opposite occurs).
