An alternative that might be best for all concerned is to contact your local
SPCA or animal control.  Some loan out live animal traps and may well even
take the animal once you've caught it.  If it's causing you problems, it
likely is causing others similar problems. Or call Texas Parks & Wildlife
and maybe they can help or advise you.

Don't kill it if relocating it will take care of the situation.
