[TowerTalk] Pretensioning Phillystran

My 100' Rohn 25 tower now has top guys of 6700 lb Phillystran which I
bought used (I know it's overkill).  My question -- what's the recommended
static tension for this size Philly?  Even at 300 lb, it looks plenty
straight, because the guy material itself is so light, but I suspect the
answer is more complicated than that.  I know Philly is stretchier than EHS
of equivalent strength, so I want to make sure and not have any more wiggle
than necessary.
