Trolley, Tram  guess I didn't realize the difference.

I mean one semi-taught rope with an upside down pulley
that has two rope ends tied to the boom of the underslung 
antenna and a pull rope through another pulley on the mast
(and another pulley near ground to allow horizontal pulling).
