[TowerTalk] motorizing my winch

I had a LARGE OLD half-inch drill (mfr unk.) which turned at 500 rpm and
wouldn't stall easily.    Had chuck-held adapters for the handle of the
worm-gear tower winch, and for starting several small gasoline and diesel
engines, and put a dpdt switch on the kluge for reversing.    The tower
moved at around 2 ips.

Not automatic, but kept the drill available for other uses.
