This is encouraging, but when this subject came up before some people
warned about potential interference.  I'd make sure that the contract for
use of the site obligates the cellular/PCS operator to promptly remedy any
intermod or other interference TO OR FROM the colocated amateur antennas,
and holds the ham club harmless with respect to any interference complaints
from the operators or users.
