[TowerTalk] winch or wench?

The Hole Hawg comes with a length of pipe (18" or so) that you can screw
into the side of the body of the drill. You grip this at the end with
one hand and the drill handle with the other. If you don't use this
brace handle you run the risk of the drill handle pulling itself right
out of your hand spinning around and smacking you smartly on the back of
the hand you haven't had time to pull out of the way. I was once
standing on a plank between two ladders drilling a 2" hole through the
sheathing at the top of a 2nd story wall. The bit broke through the
sheathing and jammed against the side of a 2x4 stud. The torque lifted
me 2" off the plank before I could release the trigger. Scared the hell
out of me. (I don't like heights). If I hadn't been using the brace
handle there is no doubt in my mind that I would have been knocked off
the plank and fallen two stories to the ground.

Hope this saves a broken wrist.
