PolyPhaser has a copper grounding panel kit.  Model is "CU-SGP"
and consists of a 10"x15" 0.062 copper plate; 2 rolls of copper
strap 10 ft x 1.5" and 2 copper sandwich bars for grounding the
plate to a ground system, and a melamine covered particle mounting
board if you want to mount the plate between wall studs or on a wall.
