[TowerTalk] CATV hardline is sticky

I have tried many different things to remove this goop from the cable, and
have found that just soaking the end of the cable in a jar for toluene
removed the stuff in about two minutes, without damaging the cable, and
with no scrubbing (so you don't get it on your self). every thing else i
tried i had to brush the cable to get it off, made one heck of a mess.
