[TowerTalk] Remove enamel from CU wire

Hazardous material in that... it can't be shipped air..  only ground.  Also 
not via USPS, only UPS, Fedex, etc.

Ever try to get a can of Blue Shower or Freeze Spray via UPS next or 2 day??
