It only has connectors for coax only.  No hook-up for
balanced line.  It does have 5 coax outputs and is 
switched between each output depending on the freq.

    I'm hazarding a guess that it's basically just a 'coax flattener' and
has 
a very limited range. 

    Another, maybe better, resource is the ICOM reflector at qth.net.
