[Towertalk] 40 meter antenna results

The new (the last 15 years or so) HyGain shorty forty HAS solved that
problem by rearranging where in the element the highest voltage points are.
They are not at the boom anymore.  I have had the 3 element version called
the "Discoverer" up for years and feed my pair of 4-1000A's into it without
any insulator breakdowns.  I think you can safely say that problem is behind
us.
