[Towertalk] Tips for long runs of 450 ohm windowed ladder line

The excellent tips on long (underground) coax runs got me thinking some of
you experts could give me ideas on what to consider when making long runs of
450 ohm windowed ladder line.  What should it not be near?  Stand 0ff
insulator ideas and distances.  Feed thru approaches (e.g. into the shack)
etc.  If you use underground conduit what else can/cannot go in the conduit?
etc.
