    Additional note: ALL anti-oxidants are supposed to be used under 
compression; i.e. ground rod clamp, bolt/nut on ground bus bar, element 
joint, etc. If there isn't any compression - there is NO electrical 
connection and the anti-oxidant can indeed be an insulator.
