All of these are variations on the fence post driver that is used 
hereabouts for driving T-posts for electric fences.  The drivers are ~$20 
at the local farm supply.  They lack some of the bells and whistles but the 
principle is exactly the same.  It's nothing but a weighted piece of tubing 
with a plug in one end and handles for lifting and dropping it on the top 
of the ground rod.
