[Towertalk] Roof mount tower questions...

One way to reduce the 'turnover' load on the roof
is to GUY the roof mounted tower, especially if the
tower is over 10 - 15 ft.  Insulated guys are preferable,
otherwise, use insulators every 10-11 ft with the first
insulator as close to the tower as possible.
