Hawaiian Paradise Park,  some 10 miles or so SE of
Hilo on the Big Island of Kauai is free of all restrictions,
big lots (5 acres or so) and several hams there already,
or near there.  KH7E,  AH6HN,  KH6CME,  KH6FKG (Harry,
pretty big gun DXer,  multiple towers,  etc,  to mention some
of them.

Or there is an incredible QTH for sale right now on Oahu,
near the North end of the island,  with an ocean wide
shot to EU and just about the rest of the world.  The
QTH of KH7R,  who has moved to the mainland.  See:
