[TowerTalk] Pull rope twisted in conduit

Hi Jim:
          Is pulling all the cables back out a viable option and just leave the
rope in. Sort of like starting from scratch, but might be your only choice
or pull the cables that are getting hungup from the opposite end ie the
house end.
