Rohn was purchased by UNR industries some years ago.  UNR, as it 
turns out, was involved in some sort of asbestos manufacturing 
process.  They got caught up in the typical asbestos litigation.  The 
settlement they had to pay was way up there in the go-zillions as 
Forrest Gump would say.

Instead of pay in cash UNR just took Rohn industries and gave it to 
the litigants as the settlement.  The plaintiffs lead attorney 
suddenly became the CEO of a tower mfg. business.
