Yes, the "sackcrete" stuff will produce good concrete if mixed properly, but
not in this gentleman's 4' x 4' x 6' hole. I claim that there's no way in
hell to mix 3 2/3 cubic yards of sack mix fast enough to get a homogenous
pour; the bottom would be just about cured by the time the last batch was
poured at the top. Maybe the legendary hundred monkeys with a hundred
mixers...
