[TowerTalk] Help, I thought I was out of the woods

As a person who installs lots of ants and towers for broadband wireless my 
interpretation of the FCC regs is that most municipal governments can say 
nothing about ants attaching to their homes.  and there is no real 
definition for "attach".  ie it could be a mast or a tower.  and it could 
be a roof mount or a home stabilized (ie attached) tower with a concrete 
ground foundation.

i met with the CTO of the FCC and the head of their wireless directorate a 
couple of months ago on this and got no push back.  when i have municpal 
problems i tell them to sue me in federal court, and let's see where it 
goes - they always let it go.  i'm sure the fact that i'm giving free 
wireless access to disadvantaged kids help (it would make a very poor 
headline), but i think the federal jurisdiction here is part of the hesitancy.
