[TowerTalk] HDR-300A V-groove O-Ring

I took apart my HDR-300A to check if it had enough grease.  It did.  After I
cleaned up the mess,  I realized I didn't know how to re-install the
V-groove O-ring that makes a seal between the shaft and the housing.  Can
anybody help me out here?  Do you just push it down the shaft from the
outside or...What?
