I have an opportunity to purchase a Heathkit antenna tuner SA 2060A. The colour is dark army brown, the cover has some scratches on it. The back is missing one large isolation through insulator (for balanced line). Also no manual. What would be a fair price? Is there a source for the manual? Chris opr VE7HCB
