i have the discoverer 72 ,   nice antena, works nice at 55 , i can say EU,
NA, SA,  PACIFIC qso's  no big problem,  is a good antenna  , linear
loading, good aluminum, around, but have a  problem , the wire (solid alum)
that is used for the linear load,  with the time breaks in the point where
the tip of the element  and the insulator joint, there is a modification and
article in the qst or cq  that appears past year.
is the only i can say.
