When I heard that KLM was going out of business, I scoured the country
and purchased what I believe is the last XA update kit that was
available anywhere. There is no overall date on the manual for this
kit, but the "parts list" page says "Updated 6-11-96." There is no
date on the dimension page, but the manual is nicely bound, so there
is no possibility that an old dimension page got slipped in by me. I
feel quite certain that these are the final dimensions that KLM ever
published:

D3 A=53, B=44, C=26.25, D=20
D2 1/2"OD, 24" showing
D1 A=53.5, B=42.75, C=26.25, D=20
Front Driven A=43.75, B=42.75, C=25.25, D=18
Rear Driven A=54, B=47.25, C=27.25, D=21
Reflector A=61.5, B=47.5, C=27.75, D=18

The capacitor caps in this update kit are blue, the same shade as the
lighter-colored areas of WB9VPG's shirt on page 13 of May, 2004 QST.
