Tom- What cable are you meaning in the last sentence above? Isn't this 
somewhat the description of 9913?  I once saw water flow for minutes from a 
cut coax on a repeater feed. I WISH I had had the sense to check the type 
at the time, but I was young (65) and foolish then.
