[TowerTalk] Rohn HDBX 48

I've got one here that is over 20yrs old.  I mounted the rotor to the 
concrete base and ran 11/2" black steel pipe up the tower. This keeps 
the twist moment from the beams from migrating to the tower. It's the 
twist moment that pops the rivets and causes the tower to losen up and 
become dangersous.  So, either keep the wind load light or run the mast 
down a few sections, at least.
