Unless you have the Rohn 25 in stock, I would recommend using stouter stuff 
like Rohn 55 which would allow you to get up to 60 feet with the bracketing at 
28 feet.  This stuff is easily erected in one piece by a small crane if the 
job of raising it by gin pole looks like a big chore.
