[TowerTalk] W6AM book availability

I have a QSL from Don for a QSO I made years ago on CW with him while he was
mobile (yes, mobile cw) he was using a Swan rig in his car.  I remember that
at the time I was really suprised that he was mobile, he had an excellent
fist, was going along about 20wpm.
