[TowerTalk] A new (?) tower design

TT:

     When I look at the photo, I see the installer atop the second INSTALLED
section, fixing the pulley to the top of the INSTALLED section, with the
third yet-to-be-installed section sitting on the ground in the foreground of
the photo.  The fellow would have to be pretty foolish to be standing on the
section for which he's about to release the only support it's got - the
pulley cable!
