[TowerTalk] tilt over rohn 25

I'm thinking of putting up a 50' rohn tilt over with an attachment at the roof ridge 22' up. 

also ,  thinking of putting the crank up pulley at the working ground level with the transition pull pulley at the ridge or the roof to lower and raise with a braking winch or a power winch that i have.

my  question is has anyone done this this way???
