[TowerTalk] Limitation on tower width. Was: Revocation of Building Permit?

 I assume the city is using this 19" width requirement as a deterrent to 
putting anything up. They couldn't just come out and ban towers per se 
but can and apparently do make it difficult to put anything up (self 
supporting) that will take any appreciable load. The 64' Heights tower 
I'm planning is 30" per side at the base and tapers to 14" at the top.
