[TowerTalk] Steppir maintenance

Some people might object to having to take the antenna down every 5 years
for routine maintenance when other antenna designs do not require it. On
the other hand, the Steppir is a unique design with features not matched by
any other design, so it might well be worth the trouble. Choose your poison
:-)
