If you are voltage feeding length is not critical.  468/f for top and 234/f 
for ends should be sufficient.  You can tune it with the variable C.  If you 
are current feeding it, then a bit more critical, but above is a good 
starting point, then trim to resonance.  Voltage feed IMO is much easier and 
you can tweak it thruout the band.  Half squares are very narrow band.  Good
