[TowerTalk] Concrete Base?

But this is a self-supporting tower, isn't it?  Strength of the concrete is 
a much bigger concern than in a guyed tower.  I've read (here, I think) 
that it takes 2-4 weeks for concrete to reach its full rated strength.A
