[TowerTalk] Off-topic and off the scale

Howdy, TowerTalkians --
 
    As the administrator of TT (NOT the  moderator!), I have to take care of 
all the housekeeping. Sometimes it's some  subscriber problem, but about 98% 
of it is bouncing spam. Sometimes you  just have to marvel at the subject lines 
and then why I would be compelled  to open an email with one of the
