Hopefully, you have good drainage tiles [pipe?] installed, surrounding 
your foundation.  If not... it would be an excellent thing to add while 
digging near the house.
I'd place the base of the tower sufficiently from the drainage tile so 
the tile would not be crushed by pressures which might be built up by 
torque transmitted down the tower to the base.
In my installation, I put the tower base 12 feet from the nearest 
drainage tiles.

As for stacking ... only someone who has stacked those exact antennas 
can answer your question ... I've only had experience with 20m/15m/10m 
monobanders stacked in that order top/down .. and with minimal spacing 
of 4 feet between yagis.
