Found your email from 2002 when I googled my phone number. Yes I am a PE and do antenna applications for the States that I am licensed in. Namely: CT, MA, VT, NY, and NJ. I am also listed in the ARRL data base, but they do it by State of residence, not by State of practice. Tim Walker
