      I measured the caps' range this evening.  I used an MFJ259 analyzer and a two-inch piece of RG-8X coax with PL259 at one end and 'gator clips at the other.  Lowest freq for which I could obtain a measurement was 10.2 MHz (lower and the reactance was too high for the MFJ.)  Caps measured 29 pF to 95 pF under these conditions.
