Bob, with 5 years of using a marconi behind me, I'd go for the shunt fed tower/ With that radial field uner it, I thing it would be a killer app! I did manage my 80 meter (112 countries) for my 5BDXCC with the marconi and 100 watts, but it wasn't easy or broad banded. Just a thought. Tnx and 73, Jim K8TDJ
