Hey John, interesting to hear your comments! Agreed!!!! Force 12
really needs to take some swift action to solve this problem or problems
that they are having.
Just this week I talked to Molly at CrossLink about a "Fault 20"
problem that I have had with my 87A over the years. It came back again and
I didn't have the "fix" sheet. She was very helpful, returned my phone
call, and emailed the instructions. Haven't "fixed" it yet, but the weekend
is still young.
I have been and continue to be a satisfied Alpha customer.
