[TowerTalk] Proper bolt sizes for Rohn 25G

Hello,

Stainless steel bolts and nuts were used on my 130 ft 25 tower when 
Hurricane Isabel turned it into a pretzel (80 ft pine tree fell across a 
set of guys).  Some of the bolts bent, but none sheared.  The ones that 
bent had ripped the tower leg rather than break.  At 09:29 AM 1/19/05, you
