[TowerTalk] New FCC chariman needs to be a HAM!

Powell has been a disaster on more than one front.  The new commisioner
should be someone who supports rather than destroys the intent of the 1996
communications act, and should be open to opinions that differ from his/her
own.  He should be able to understand "data" that proves or disproves a
point, and have the ability to make decisions based on reality rather than
political expediency.  Now that's a tall order!!
